People decide about your company before they ever speak to you.
They check the founder, they ask an AI, they read what someone else wrote. We build the content that makes them trust you, and the systems that make sure AI describes you correctly.
Book the diagnosis call →Growth is a loop, not a funnel. Enter at any station, leave with the next one already mapped.
Growis is a creative growth agency in Luzern. We run the six stations a company travels from go-to-market to pivot, for the people who buy from you and for the machines that describe you.
Enter at the station where you are.
- Strategy & positioningEvery other station depends on this one. We work out who you are for and why they should pick you, then write it down so the whole company says the same thing. That means brand strategy and positioning, a category narrative you can own, customer research and interviews with the people who actually buy, a competitive teardown of what the others say and sell, an offer and pricing architecture that fits how your buyers budget, a go-to-market and launch plan with dates, and the naming and tone of voice that carry it. You leave with a positioning you can state in one sentence and a plan for the next six months.
- Brand & creativeIdentity and design systems, packaging, motion and 3D, photo, video and creator content, campaign concepting.
- Web & conversionSites and landing pages on Webflow, Shopify or Next.js. Conversion optimisation, testing, site speed, app store listings.
- Paid mediaMeta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, connected TV, retail media. Planning, budgets, creative testing.
- Organic & contentSearch and AI-answer visibility, digital PR, social and short-form video, community, podcast, newsletter, ghostwriting.
- Lifecycle & retentionEmail and SMS on Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io. Flows, segmentation, loyalty, churn, referral.
- Commerce channelsAmazon and marketplaces, Shopify build and optimization, retail and wholesale, international expansion.
- Data & measurementTracking and consent done properly. Attribution, media mix modelling, incrementality. Warehouse and dashboards, customer lifetime value. The paid audit as the way in.
- AI & automationCreative pipelines with quality checks, operations automation, custom agents wired into your tools, AI-visibility monitoring, localisation at scale.
- Advisory & talentPart-time marketing lead, embedded teams, training and playbooks, recruiting, investor-facing growth diligence.
- Creative WorkBrand as a Service: positioning, a monthly content system and the channels that carry it, run as one retainer.
Every piece you publish becomes a thread.
A post, a page, a campaign, an email: on their own they are single threads that stop working when you stop paying. Tied together they become a web. Google and the AI engines read it, people remember it, and the leads keep arriving between campaigns. Build, Launch and Retain make the threads. Measure tells you which ones hold.
Someone is forming an opinion about you right now.
Not sure which station you are at? The diagnosis call tells you. Fixed scope, written down before you sign.

What is a creative growth agency?+
A team that runs every station of a company's growth, from positioning to brand, launch, retention, measurement and scale, with creative and data in the same room. Growis is one, based in Luzern, Switzerland, working in German, French and English.
Do we have to buy the whole loop?+
No. You enter at the station where you are. Most clients start with one category and a fixed-scope first engagement, then add the next station when the data says so.
What does this cost?+
Every first engagement is fixed scope, written down before you sign. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer at one of four levels. You see scope and price in a written proposal before you commit to anything.
What if it does not work?+
If we do not deliver the deliverables as described in the scope, you do not pay for that engagement. That is the entire risk you carry.
Why a four-person studio and not a bigger agency?+
You get the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. In MIT NANDA's 2025 enterprise AI study, projects run with an external specialist partner reached deployment 67% of the time, against 33% for tools built in-house. Small and specialised is the profile that ships.
Do I have to be the face of it?+
For founder-led content, someone does. It can be you, or several people inside the company telling their own stories. If nobody is willing to hold an opinion in public, we will say so on the call and route you to the stations that do not need a face.
How much of my time does this take?+
Onboarding is front-loaded: a workshop plus a few interviews. After that, expect a couple of hours a month for review and approval. We set that level in the proposal so you know before you sign.
What happens to our data?+
An NDA and a data-access agreement are signed before we touch anything. Everything is built on your own data, with Swiss nLPD and EU AI Act obligations monitored after launch.
How do you measure success?+
By outcomes, not vanity metrics: conversations started, leads generated, revenue retained, hours saved, and what AI answers about you when a buyer asks.
